These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Coding Password & Network Tools website. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

The site provides free, browser-based security and network utilities. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Security disclaimer

The tools help you generate and analyse data, but no tool can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for how you use generated passwords or hashes and for the security of your systems. Hashing is not encryption, and MD5/SHA-1 are not suitable for password storage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes, including scanning or probing systems you do not own or have permission to test;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
• submit content that is defamatory, hateful or otherwise unlawful.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you process. We do not claim ownership and do not store it.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text and branding are owned by Bright Coding or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. Advertising and third parties

The service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties.

7. No warranty

We provide the service without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
